Summer Camps

All campers are required to send in the parental consent form within ***2 weeks*** of registering to hold your spot at camp.
This form can be digitally signed and emailed (DocuSign, etc.), or printed, scanned, and sent to us via email to skye@youthproject.ns.ca

Camp Seahorse
Sunday, August 13th, 10am-4pm
Location: The Mahone Bay Center
45 School St, Mahone Bay NS B0J
Cost: FREE!
Open to all 2SLGBTQIA+ youth, ages 13-18 in Nova Scotia.

 

Camp Seahorse is a chance to have a summer camp experience among 2SLGBTQIA+ peers. Meet new people, try new activities, learn new things, and have fun!

Activities include: social support activities, queer-centered activities, writing, arts & crafts, outdoor activities, resources, and more!

Camp Coyote
August 19th-22nd 2023
Location: Camp Mockingee
160 Smeltzer Rd, Windsor, NS
Cost: FREE!
Open to Two-Spirit, trans, non-binary and gender questioning youth, ages 13-18 in Nova Scotia.

Camp Coyote is a chance to get together with other trans-identified youth from across Nova Scotia to share experiences, spend time in a safe space, meet new people, and experience camp the way you want.

Activities include: social support activities, trans-health discussions, campfires (depending on the burn ban status), talent show, swimming, arts & crafts, resources, and more!
