The mentorship program is a single day long mini conference that will happen in each of the school districts across Nova Scotia. This is a program designed to strengthen GSAs across the province by bringing together GSAs from different schools to share and learn best practices, activities they have engaged in. Stronger, more established GSA’s will have the opportunity to mentor other GSAs in their area, to help them build leadership skills and brainstorm ideas with their peers. We will even provide funds to help make the ideas a reality.
