Our first fitness session will be held on Thursday, November 1st from 6-7 pm at Citadel High School. The fitness session will be run by Ryan Booth with help from Connor McKiggan. We are very excited to get this program back up and running and look forward to seeing some of you next week!
This year we will also be expanding our program to hold a larger variety of fitness sessions. We will try to start implementing the suggestions you folks have made on the Youth Project Youth Facebook page post but we are also open to any more suggestions you may have!
