We at the Youth Project are mourning the loss, and celebrating the life, of one of our “Gay Grandpas” Sam Wilson. Sam and his husband Bob were an important part of many LGBTQI community groups and resources in Nova Scotia, including the Youth Project. It was rare to say one name without the other, and together they were an example that no matter what your age, there was a community and a future for queer people. Our thanks and condolences to Bob, and their family and friends
