This is 1-hour nutrition workshop that will go back to the basics of nutrition providing information and hands on activities which will hit topics covering macro nutrients (what are they and what they do), the big S word; sugar, “eating this not that”, easy and quick meal and snack ideas, and label tips and tricks. Samantha’s workshops are both engaging and interactive for participants!
