PART-TIME PROGRAMMER: TRI-COUNTY
We are currently seeking a passionate and creative Part-time Programmer. This position is a pilot position based out of the Tri-County with a shared home-based office downtown Yarmouth. The position is a year contract with possibility of renewal. This position is 10 hours a week, is paid $24.76/hour and is a non-unionized position.
The ideal candidate will have an ever-growing understanding of anti-oppression and social justice and be able to apply this knowledge in a way that is welcoming, youth-centric, and engaging. They will have experience in designing and facilitating workshops/programs and/or curriculum specifically in relation to gender justice and/or 2SLGBTQIA+ realities. The ideal candidate will also be passionate about working with youth, can apply care-centric systems navigation skills related to a 2SLGBTQIA+ context, and be excited about creative and collaborative education models.
